BYS provides the opportunity for young people to access its case management system via planned support. This process has a strong emphasis on both strength based and harm reduction practice frameworks enabling young people to determine the direction of the support provided to them.

Staff at BYS who provide planned support include the drug intervention workers, housing outreach workers, CBD project workers and the families team. Access to these staff can be either through drop-in, street outreach, peer group activities or via arranged appointments
