Provides crisis intervention and long term outreach support.

2. Parents YES (Young, Equal and Supported)

Provides intensive support to families for up to 3 months with follow up for a further 3 months.

Supports young families working towards satisfying Department of Communities concerns.

Tuesday 10am – 1pm at the New Farm Neighbourhood Centre. Lunch provided and assistance with transportation.
