Winter Appeal
Coming into winter, the homeless young people of Brisbane need your support more than ever.

Demands for warm winter clothing, hot food, hot showers and basic necessities such as blankets increase dramatically leading into the cooler months which is a physically and psychologically tough time for Brisbane's homeless youth.

For us, the winter woollies come out this time of year, ideas of watching DVD's wrapped in a doona, having a cup of tea and getting cosy is an easy and accessible possibility. For homeless young adults and children this time of year evokes thoughts of where and how they are going to get warm enough to be able to sleep through the night- concrete under a bridge isn't so appealing!
