HEP C

>>BYS has in the past been funded to provide education and support for people with hep C, or those at risk of contracting the virus. Since there's been a reduction in funding for hep C services across Queensland, BYS no longer offers specialised hepatitis C education and support, although all workers at BYS are trained in hepatitis C related issues. BYS also offers a full range of blood borne infection testing and vaccinations for hepatitis A and B through the clinic.
