BYS drop-in centre is for young people aged 12-25 years, who are homeless or at risk of
becoming homeless in the inner city area.

Limited emergency relief funds are also available on completion of an assessment
with a worker for,
¨Accommodation
¨Food vouchers for pregnant or parenting young people
¨Electricity or Gas accounts in young person's name only
¨Confirmed medical procedures
¨Transport only for confirmed; accommodation referrals, medical appointments,
legal/court appointments, job interviews.
To access emergency relief funds, young people will need to have a current income
statement or pay slip on arrival at BYS.
